Paracetamol 500mg Tablets are a commonly used pain reliever and fever reducer. How to Use

 

Dosage Instructions:

  • Adults, the elderly, and children aged 16 years and over: Take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

  • Children aged 10 to 15 years: Take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

  • Children under 10 years: Not recommended.

 

Important Guidelines:

  • Swallow tablets with water.

  • Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours.

  • Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.

Do not take other products containing paracetamol simultaneously.

Possible Side Effects

 

While paracetamol is generally well-tolerated, some individuals may experience side effects. If you notice any of the following, stop taking the tablets and seek medical attention: Allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing. Skin reactions including redness, blistering, or peeling. Breathing difficulties, especially if you have asthma or have had similar reactions to NSAIDs like ibuprofen. Nausea, sudden weight loss, loss of appetite, or yellowing of the eyes and skin. Unusual bleeding or bruising, or increased susceptibility to infections. If you experience any side effects, report them to your doctor or pharmacist.
