Different travel spots pose different health risks, and vaccinations offer crucial protection against serious illnesses like yellow fever, typhoid, and hepatitis. Cancellation Policy
Guild Pharma Travel Clinic – Booking Policy 1. Booking Your Appointment All appointments must be booked in advance online or by phone. Walk-ins are not accepted. We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your departure date, especially if you may require a course of multiple vaccines. Our booking system allows you to select your travel destination and will provide tailored recommendations for the vaccinations you may need. 2. Consultation Format and Preparation Your appointment will include a travel health risk assessment and consultation with one of our trained pharmacists. Please bring your vaccination history, certificates, and any relevant medical records to help us provide accurate advice. Certain vaccines, such as Yellow Fever, require certification. If administered, the certificate will be issued during your visit. 3. Timings and Duration Standard consultations typically last 20–45 minutes depending on the complexity of your travel plans. Appointments for families, groups, booster doses, or specialist vaccinations may take longer. Duration will be confirmed at the time of booking. 4. Payment and Pricing Payment is required at the time of booking, either in full or as a deposit if requested. Prices are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change. If there are any discrepancies, you will be notified before your consultation. Please note that the consultation fee may still apply even if a vaccine cannot be provided due to contraindications or other medical reasons. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. You can reschedule your appointment via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our clinic directly. 6. Preparation Checklist Please bring the following to your appointment: A completed online travel health questionnaire (if applicable) Your vaccination records and travel itinerary Details of your medical history and any current medications Any documents required for Yellow Fever or other certification
